Summary:
James Construction undertook a complete interior renovation of the existing facility and added a new entry vestibule to Building 1173 Dental Clinic at Naval Station Newport.
This design-build project consisted of selective interior demolition, concrete slab on grade new construction, upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, a new standing seam metal roofing system, new windows and window treatments and a new sliding entry door system.
Interior finishes included sheet flooring, carpeting, ceramic tile and paint as well as the installation of new dental casework throughout the clinic.
James Construction performed exterior masonry restoration work as well as site grading and landscaping.
