Summary:
James Construction completed construction of several structural additions to Hosack Elementary School. These included an 8,400 sq. ft. new administration wing, a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to a multi-purpose wing, and a 10,800 sq. ft. two-story classroom addition.
Then, during a critical three month summer break time frame, James Construction completed a total renovation of the existing 28,800 square foot elementary school.
By successfully completing renovation of the existing 28,800 square foot building within the three month time window, the North Allegheny School District was able to maintain its operations during both school years with no disruption.
