James Construction completed a major facility expansion at a government high security work site located in Quantico, Virginia.
The expansion includes the construction of an 82,960 sq. ft. office/storage building along with separate warehouse and truck port facilities. Project work included bulk excavation, shoring up of adjacent structures, new site utilities, foundation system, structural steel frame, architectural precast panels, ground polished floor system and security window and wall systems. The project also included a pre-engineered metal building, covered loading docks and a wood frame vehicle shelter.
