James Construction renovated the Bonaventure Hall  and Gerard Hall  Student Residences at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA in two phases, working at one dorm each year during the summer months when the residence was vacated.

Work included the addition of air conditioning and replacement of windows in the lobbies of both residence halls, upgrades to the card access systems,  renovations to the stair towers and corridors including new paint, carpeting, ceilings, lighting and modifications to the fire alarm systems.   Restroom cores on each floor were upgraded, and additional electric upgrades were made to the student bedrooms.

Construction included all  related architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
