James Construction provided all construction services for the interior industrial fit-out of 4,000 sq. ft of space in The RIDC Westmoreland Technology Park for the production of new technology batteries. Aquion Energy will use the space for commercial production of its non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive sodium-ion batteries intended for high-capacity energy storage.

James Construction’s work included, but was not limited to, new shell construction with fire alarm and sprinkler system retrofit, new air distribution system for the industrial manufacturing facility, and new hi-speed sectional doors.

James Construction successfully completed the 6-month project on time and within budget.
