James Construction converted an existing two story garage into a multi-purpose facility which is now in use as a retreat center for inner city children. It is also used as lodging for travelers from similar associations, and as a staging area for camp projects.
James Construction completed the project on time and within budget. The project was jointly funded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority and the Kingsley Association. Both expressed great satisfaction and appreciation of the workmanship.
James Construction maintained a positive working relationship with all parties involved. “The enthusiasm and youthful approach of the Owners’ representatives made this project fun to work on,” says Craig Stevenson of James Construction.
