James Construction built a new MedExpress Urgent Care facility in Dubois, Pennsylvania on an accelerated 120-day schedule from site development to completion.
James Construction was responsible for all site upgrades including excavation, landscaping and asphalt paving. The new building shell was constructed of a specialty cement fiber panel system with aluminum storefront, windows and doors.
Interior work included all build-out for exam, treatment, and other specialty rooms as well as extensive casework and wood trim in the spacious lobby.
James Construction completed the work on time and within budget.
