James Construction made renovations to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Attorney’s Office, and U.S. Marshals Service on the 3rd floor and U.S. District Court Clerks Office on the 5th floor of the General Services Administration (GSA) Building in Roanoke, Virginia.
Renovations included new partitions, ceilings, floor and wall finishes, wet sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work, new wainscoting and jury rails which were matched to existing woodwork. Work was performed at night to minimize disruption to on-going services, and was coordinated with the GSA office in Philadelphia, the architect in Fairfax, and building management in Roanoke.
James Construction successfully completed the project on time and within budget.
