James Construction successfully completed construction of this 14,000 sq. ft. addition on time and within budget despite weather-related delays. The project also included the renovation of 1,200 sq. ft. of existing interior space.
The new steel framed building with masonry veneer and masonry back-up is designed to accommodate the future construction of two additional floors.
The project required extensive site work to relocate storm/sewer/electrical utilities to accommodate the new building foundation system. Work included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, sprinkler and fire alarm systems and tying into the existing facility.
James Construction worked with all involved parties to resolve design changes and deliver a project of the highest quality.
