James Construction completely converted an existing strip mall structural shell into a high-tech dialysis treatment facility which includes 16 dialysis pods with a 65-foot radius bulkhead ceiling.

The project included installation of all necessary infrastructure for a fully functioning dialysis clinic, including reverse osmosis lines, bicarb and acid rooms, labs, patient rooms and offices.  Over 70% of the concrete floor was removed and replaced to install new drain lines.

“Your firm surpassed my expectations and gave me confidence throughout the process” said Mark Kabbes of Health Care Properties & Development.  This three-month project was completed on time, and under budget.
