James Construction completely renovated an existing structure, creating a new high technology dialysis clinic including the necessary healthcare facilities for the Butler County area.
This fully functional clinic includes a twenty-pod dialysis treatment floor, bicarb and acid rooms, labs, patient rooms and offices. Over 70% of the existing concrete flooring was removed and replaced to provide the Reverse Osmosis (RO) infrastructure for the dialysis pods.
James Construction worked within a constrained time frame of two and a half months and was able to complete the job on time, under budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
James Construction was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Western Pennsylvania with an Award of Merit in General Contracting, Commercial, for this Project.
