James Construction completed multiple renovations to the oldest church in Bellevue. Upgrades for ADA use included installation of a new 3-story elevator requiring structural modifications, general modifications to school and community areas, and new kitchen renovations for Meals on Wheels. Work also included installation of a new underground waterproofing system and sump pumps.

The church is actively involved in community outreach and great care was taken to allow daily ministries and programs to continue throughout the demolition and construction process. “The unexpected surprises were handled quickly and smoothly and always with the Owner costs and final product in mind” says Stephen D. Cupcheck, AIA.
