Policy
Statement
It is the policy of James Construction to do all
that is within its power to prevent personal injury,
property damage, and to protect the interests of it's
employees, the customer, and the public, from the
results of accidents. Therefore, James Construction
has implemented a Safety and Health program. James Construction on-site personnel, working in cooperation
with first line supervisors, are charged with strictly
enforcing its rules.
It is the responsibility of the designated Safety
Officer and Project Superintendent to train employees in
the practice of safety. To facilitate in administering
the program, we provide a manual to each contractor,
explaining our company-wide safety rules. There is
a direct and positive relationship between safety
and productivity. An efficient company is a safe company,
for no company can be truly efficient without being
truly safe.
