Design Manage Construction (DMC), another fee-based service, is used to organize and manage all the design, procurement and construction work necessary to achieve the design concept which will already have been prepared for the client by its design team and consultants.
Design-Build (DB)
By definition, the Design Build (DB) approach brings James on board before design starts. We enter into a lump sum contract by negotiation or on a two stage basis, accepting responsibility both for design and construction. We therefore provide a single point of contact for the client, thereby improving the speed and efficiency of delivery.
