James is firmly committed to environmentally responsible building practices and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and the Greater Pittsburgh Region’s Green Building Alliance. James is proud that many of its Project Managers and Project Superintendents are registered LEED Accredited Professionals, thus ensuring that green building practices are an integral aspect of every service we provide.
James believes the essence of a successful project is teamwork: people working in harmony toward a common goal. James maximizes team communication and owner/architect involvement in the review of costs and cost alternatives to meet the needs of the end user. The triad of owner, architect/engineer and contractor working together as one ensures a high quality project.
