Sandra Stevenson has 33 years of experience of managing general commercial construction projects with an emphasis on providing general construction and related services for her clients. Sandra has managed many complex construction projects over the years as detailed in her resume of project experience. Sandra‘s responsibilities include overseeing James Construction’s investor relations and creating company and performance objectives.

Craig Stevenson has a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management of Information Systems from Duquesne University and has successfully negotiated and guided many projects over the years, including numerous government civic and jobs with the 911th Airlift Wing/LGC, Department of Labor, Department of Navy, General Services Administration, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Veterans Affairs among others. He has experience and expertise in multiple construction delivery methods including Construction Management - Agency and At-Risk, Design/Build, General Contracting, Program Management, and Integrated Project Delivery. Craig’s strengths are in the identification and implementation of innovative construction software, project-delivery methods, building performance, and pre-construction services. Craig is an expert in construction estimating for both conceptual and designed projects.

Vice President of Operations

Jamie Stevenson is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer who graduated from the University of Dayton and spent several years working as a Field Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager with Hospital Building & Equipment Corporation (HBE) and Bovis Construction Corporation (Lend Lease) on projects ranging in value from $47 to $180 million. Jamie is primarily responsible for managing profit and loss on all projects and implementing profitable short- and long- term programs and processes to optimize work flow. He reviews and approves plans to control budget spending, labor efficiency, material efficiency and customer service efficiency. Jamie is an expert in improving project details, analyzing construction systems and implementing new processes on all our projects. Jamie also manages a team of project managers who handle planning and scheduling and he oversees all current job site activities.

Chief Administrative Officer

Shawn Stevenson is a graduate of Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law. Shawn reports directly to the President and is responsible for all human resources concerns, managing health and retirement benefits, maintaining business insurance and bonding related concerns for the company. Shawn also works with and oversees outside legal counsel, accountants and other professionals to make sure the directives and budget concerns developed by James Construction are maintained.
